HRRT LLC, an organization developed for the passion industries of outdoor, bike, snow, endurance, travel, health + wellness, that guides local bike shops, companies and brands to build and scale multi-channel businesses that are profitable, sustainable and consumer-centric. HRRT was founded by an outdoor enthusiast, competitive athlete, and passionate proponent of the Outdoor Recreation Economy, Conservation + Access to the Outdoors. HRRT additionally works to grow, motivate and educate adventurers; youth and adults looking to get outside, explore and discover athletic opportunity through running, riding, hiking and more via  in store events, promotions and educational opportunities.

Representing the best adventure products and connecting them to retailers and recreational opportunity in a community atmosphere of friendship, encouragement, and respect, as well as offering outdoor or product education for all, regardless of age, ability or background. To be an influence in the global outdoor community via product and event promotion through fair and fun experiences and activities for everyone. Guiding the IBD to long term growth through successful in store practices. Consulting, educating and leading by example.

Provide leadership through example 
Facilitate opportunities for people to develop their athletic skills and to progress within the sport by supporting team formation and recreational outlets for all interested
Provide opportunities for all members to learn within a safe and welcoming environment
Advocate for the environmental conservation of natural areas, trail access, and development of sustainable trail systems
Create outreach programs for targeted populations
Develop sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
